Free Shipping Eligibility

 
Enjoy free standard shipping on all pet product orders totaling $50 or more within the Contiguous United States. For international customers, free standard shipping is available on global pet product orders of $100 or more (where eligible).
 

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

 
  • Most pet product orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed by 5 PM ET will be prioritized for next-business-day processing (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • All orders default to Standard Service unless an alternative shipping option is selected at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines (after shipment):
    • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days
    • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days
     
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
 

Delivery Restrictions

 
  • We cannot deliver pet products to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • For international shipping details (eligible countries, customs information, regional exceptions for pet supplies), please contact postmaster@criaftsmans.com.

While we strive to deliver your pet products on time, Wckzr.com is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—including severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs holds, or unforeseen logistical issues.

How to Apply a Discount Code

  2. Enter your code and click “Apply”—your order total will automatically update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 
If your pet product package is lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, contact our support team immediately at postmaster@criaftsmans.com. We’ll collaborate with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly, ensuring your pet doesn’t miss out on their new gear!
