Return & Exchange Policy

 
At Wckzr.com, we want you to shop for your furry friends with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy—allowing you to return unused pet products in their original condition and packaging within 60 days for an exchange or prompt refund.
 

Return Eligibility & Requirements

 
  • Pet products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (e.g., unbroken seals for catnip toys, intact tags for grooming tools, unused supplements in sealed containers).
  • For wearable pet items (e.g., collars, harnesses, bandanas), they must be free of pet hair, stains, or signs of wear—please ensure your pet does not use or try on items you may return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use (e.g., chewed toys, scratched grooming tools, opened pet food/supplement containers) or do not meet the above criteria.
  • When requesting a return, please provide your order number (found in your confirmation email) and specify the pet product(s) being returned.
  • For instructions on shipping returned pet supplies, refer to the email you receive after submitting your return request.
 
Note: Original shipping fees, duties, or other associated costs are non-refundable. Return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective parts, broken toys, incorrect product sent).
 

Size & Fit Guidance (for Wearable Pet Products)

 
We recommend checking our pet size chart (including neck circumference, chest size, and weight guidelines) to find the perfect fit for your cat, dog, or small animal before placing an order. If your pet is between sizes, choose a larger size for comfort (e.g., harnesses, collars, pet beds).
 
We offer a free exchange service for size, color, or style changes—exclusively for customers in the Contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I., and other non-contiguous regions.
 
  • A free return label will be provided for the first free exchange (e.g., swapping a small collar for a medium).
  • For subsequent exchanges, customers are responsible for new shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

 
  1. Ensure the pet product has no artificial damage, and tags/packaging are in intact condition (e.g., sealed supplements, unopened toy packages).
  2. Email postmaster@criaftsmans.com with the following information:
    • Your order number (e.g., #123456)
    • Photos of the pet product (showing tags, packaging, and any defects if applicable)
    • Detailed reason for return (e.g., "size too small for my 20lb dog," "defective spinner on cat toy," "unwanted gift")
     
 
Due to high email volume, please allow 1-3 business days for our support team to reply. We are not in the office to read or respond to emails on weekends.
 

Return Labels for Damaged/Defective Pet Products

 
If your pet product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you may exchange or return it within 60 days. Contact us for a free return label by emailing postmaster@criaftsmans.com with photos of the issue.
 
  • Return labels are only available for customers in the United States.
  • Return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake.
 

Refund Process

 
  1. After shipping your return package, please notify our support team with the return tracking number—we need this to process your refund for the pet product(s).
  2. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once this is done.

Return Shipping Costs

 
  • If the return is not due to a quality issue, defective product, or our mistake (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selected without checking the size chart), the customer is responsible for return freight.
  • Important: Free exchanges and free returns are not available for international shipments. The buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees for international pet product orders.
