We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all pet product orders totaling $50 or more within the Contiguous United States. For our international pet parent customers, free standard shipping is available on many global orders of pet essentials that reach $100 or more.

 

 

Most pet product orders are processed and shipped the next business day—so your furry friend won’t have to wait long for their new toys, grooming tools, or supplies! All orders default to Standard Service unless you select an alternative shipping option at checkout. Once your pet essentials ship, delivery timelines typically range up to 15 business days.

 

Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Pet product orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.

 

 

We are unable to deliver pet product orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

While we strive to ensure all pet product orders are delivered on time (because your pet’s comfort and joy matter!), Wckzr.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather events, carrier service interruptions, customs delays for pet-related goods, or other unforeseen logistical issues.

 

 

Important: Shipping times listed above do not include order processing time, which typically takes 1–3 business days before your pet product package is dispatched.

 

 

A unique tracking number will be assigned to your pet product package once it ships. You’ll receive an email containing this tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s status in real time—so you can plan for your pet’s new gear arrival!

 

 

To redeem a discount code on your pet essentials order, navigate to the final checkout page just before clicking “Complete Order.” Look for the designated “Discount Code” box, enter your code, and click “Apply.” Your pet product order total will automatically update to reflect the discount.

 

Please note: Discount codes and referral codes for pet products are limited to one use per order and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discount codes.
